Keith retired as a Captain/EMT from the Owensboro Fire Department in 2011 after 27 years of dedicated service. Keith is an Owensboro native, graduating from Owensboro Catholic High School, and has been married to his wife Lauren for 37 years. Together they have three married daughters: Brittany Payne, Allyson Grooms, and Kristen Bustamante, and five grandchildren: Anna, Eva, Jonah, and Jessa Payne, as well as Abigail Grooms.

Keith began his career in insurance in 2015 as a home inspector, then transitioning into sales with Bennett Insurance in early 2017. He is licensed in property and casualty and is looking forward to continuing to serve his community.
