Troy retired from law enforcement after 22 years of service. During his time in law enforcement, he served the citizens of Owensboro as a criminal investigator and patrolman until 2012 when he moved to his hometown of Madisonville, KY. where he finished out his career as a patrol supervisor with the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office. After retirement, Troy and his wife Katrena, who have been married for 10 years, moved back to Owensboro are and are active at Christ Community Church.

Troy began his career in life insurance as an agent with A.I.G. (formerly American General) in 2015, where he serviced several counties in Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana.” Troy joined the Bennett Insurance Agency sales team in 2018. Troy is licensed in life and health and looking forward to continuing to provide excellent service to the people of Daviess and surrounding counties.
