Meet the Team

Kayla Edds has been in the insurance industry since 2015 and has been part of Bennett Insurance Agency since September 2017. As Vice President, Kayla is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses understand their insurance and make confident decisions about the coverage that protects what matters most.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing, Kayla brings a strong focus on communication and relationship-building to her work. For Kayla, insurance is about much more than a policy or a premium. She believes people deserve to understand what they have, what they may be missing, and most importantly why their coverage matters. Her goal is to make insurance conversations simple, approachable, and even enjoyable. She takes the time to educate her clients so they can feel confident knowing they have someone looking out for them.

Originally from McLean County, Kayla has a strong connection to the community she serves. Outside of the office, she is married to Alex and is a proud mom to Cole. Much of their free time is spent traveling for hockey, and if you stop by the office, you may even meet one of her two Goldendoodles, Topper & Dodger. She is also a big UK sports fan and enjoys spending time with her family.
